SUBJECT EXPERTS​
Mrs Carr, Subject Lead
Mrs Carr won the Inspiring History Teaching Award nationally in 2026. Her past A-level students have gone on to secure places at Oxbridge and Russell Group universities to study History, Classics, Archaeology, Law, Politics, Economics and many other subjects.
Mrs Burns is an expert in medieval history. She has a Master’s degree from the University of York and experience of supporting students with university applications and admissions.
